Emma Watkins  has worked in the B2B space for over 21 years. Initially as a BDM moving to marketing 15 years ago to specialise in Digital Marketing. She focuses on B2B transformation and finds lead generation and ecommerce CRO (Conversion rate optimisation) two of the key areas where her experience is called upon most frequently. She identifies one of the biggest challenges in B2B is in connecting the physical sales environment to the digital one. Some of her numerous projects have included, the development of a bespoke marketing automation platform in 2007. While more recently she’s worked with Royal Sun Alliance to implement a CRO program across their More Than brand.

David Wise helps partners build merchant sites that optimize customer experience and increase revenue. With more than 17 years of experience developing and nurturing partnerships, he has deep knowledge of digital commerce and extended business technologies. Prior to Magento, David held sales and channel roles at global companies including Maxymizer (now Oracle), LivePerson, and Verint. He is based out of London.

James White found a passion for ecommerce while working as a digital marketing consultant, focusing primarily on ads and email marketing strategy. This exposed him to the jungle that is the ecommerce ecosystem where he discovered Nosto... the easiest way to deliver personalised content onsite, via email and ads. He continues to guide online retailers through that jungle, working with teams at Trickers Shoes, The Watch Gallery, Meli Melo & Jacksons Art ensuring that their digital marketing strategy is aligned, not only for improved conversion but profitability.

Aaron Hunt is a Senior Project Manager at Vaimo in the UK Business Unit. Working in a busy and fast paced agile environment with 10 years experience in the open source web technology. He enjoys the innovation within the Magento eco-system and feel lucky enough to work with clients who have exciting projects with cutting edge technology.
