We are hiring a Product Designer to help shape the future of our product. At Nosto we appreciate great design and user experience and designers serve a critical role in our product team. Our designers sit within independent, cross-functional teams, side-by-side with developers and product managers. What you will be doing:

• Work within a cross-functional product team, representing the design team, facilitating design discussions and giving feedback
• Design flows, sketches, high-fidelity visuals and prototypes for components and features
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to develop the strategy and rationale for features
• Work very closely with developers to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and coherence across the product
• Actively gather feedback from your peers, both within and outside of your team
• Evangelize the Nosto design team and participate in the recruitment of new designers

What we expect:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI / UX design
• A high-quality portfolio showcasing skills and understanding in Interaction Design, Visual Design and Typography
• Experience in working with diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to iterate rapidly on designs while gathering feedback from a variety of source
• Experience in prototyping as a means to explore and ideate design solutionsExcellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to explain design decisions to other stakeholders
