Richard originally started in senior technical roles at BT and IBM, he soon realised that his true passion was assisting businesses to gain competitive advantage through their digital presence. Having worked in the ecommerce search and content space for 15 years, he came across Styla and was impressed by how quickly the teams at JD Williams, Otto Group and Jack Wolfskin could create high-performing content. He is driven by advising clients on how to maximise online growth through more agile content production processes.
